We accept checks or credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). All orders require pre-payment.

Prices and Discounts:

The Center offers a 10% discount off the list price for the purchase of 10 or more copies of the same publication or title, on a per order basis.

All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to the amount of your order. Charges are calculated according to weight and geographic zone. Our standard delivery method is via UPS Ground. We offer next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day services for an additional charge. Saturday delivery is unavailable. All orders will ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 11:30 a.m. (Central Time) will typically ship the same day. For special requests regarding shipping, please call the Center at (920) 659-7500.

Sales Tax:

Orders shipped to customers in Wisconsin will be assessed sales tax at the current Wisconsin sales tax rate.

Returns & Price Adjustments:

Books: Books in clean, saleable condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be pre-arranged by calling the Center at (920) 659-7500 or by email at orders@createvalue.org for processing instructions.

Audio, Video, and other Electronic Media: Returns of electronic media will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect shipments.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order has been confirmed, a follow-up email will be sent to you with details of your purchase. Please use that email confirmation as your receipt of purchase. An additional email will be sent with the shipment tracking number once your order order has been shipped.
