The ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value ("THE CENTER") is focused on maintaining a relationship with you that is built on trust. This trust is built, in part, on our commitment to respect your privacy and confidentiality. This policy applies to data collection and usage on www.createvalue.org
1. Collection and Use of Information by THE CENTER.
Our web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address of visitors to our site. The Center stores information that you provide when submitting a member profile through our site. The Center does not distribute, sell, or lease member lists to third parties. The Center may periodically contact you about a particular offering, to update your member profile, or about Center services that may be of interest to you.
2. Security of Your Information
The Center is committed to protecting the security of your information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We store personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in a controlled facility. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the internet, we protect it through the use of 128-bit encryption, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Additionally we adhere to policies administered by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. We transmit the entire credit card number to PayTrace for order processing. After order processing we do not store your credit card information.
3. Use of Session Cookies
The Center uses "session cookies" to help you personalize our online experience. A session cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Session cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Session cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the session cookie to you. These session cookie files disappear when you end your session and are not stored permanently on your computer.
This Web site is not directed toward children under thirteen years old, and THE CENTER does not knowingly collect or use information from children under the age of 13 through this site without first obtaining parental permission.

The Center maintains copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text and graphic images contained on this website, but we encourage proper use and dissemination of our materials.
