The Healthcare Value Network unites healthcare leaders who share a commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective care through the application of lean concepts.

Webinars

Improvement ideas and stories are shared between Network members through webinars which allows for exposure to different improvement examples without the expense of travel. These webinars are recorded and available for use by Network members at no additional cost.

Established in 2009, the Network was created as a partnership between the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value and the Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) — two world–leaders in lean thinking.

Together, the Center and LEI leverage their unique perspectives and 20 years of lean experience to help Network members fundamentally improve healthcare delivery.
