This day–long presentation focuses on the point in the lean journey when systematic management is needed to sustain results and create momentum around continuous improvement.
Managing in a lean organization requires a different type of leader. Our workshop prepares you and your leaders to become thoughtful problem solvers who engage frontline staff to foster continuous daily improvement. You’ll also develop a strategic business understanding that helps prioritize improvement opportunities.
PREREQUISITES
-At least two years experience on the lean journey - preferred
-Practice of lean tools like A3's and Value Stream Analysis
